**Position Summary**

The **Supervisor Service Crew (Kitchen)** is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, and leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for food preparation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

**Team Leadership**
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during shifts
- Train new crew members on kitchen procedures and safety standards
- Motivate and support team to maintain high performance and morale

**Operational Excellence**
- Ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas in compliance with health regulations

**Quality & Safety**
- Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols (e.g., HACCP standards)
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
- Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues or customer complaints promptly

**Reporting & Communication**
- Prepare shift reports and update management on kitchen performance
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in planning menus and suggesting improvements to kitchen operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Food Handling or Culinary Arts
- Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen inventory software
- Experience in quick-service or casual dining establishments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
