Supervisor/captain

**Position Summary**:
The Head of Service Crew oversees all front-of-house operations, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service. This role includes managing service staff, coordinating customer interactions, and enhancing the overall dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Train and onboard new service staff, ensuring they understand service standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement service protocols to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality, providing feedback and coaching to staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, updates, and feedback.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
