Key Responsibilities: - Host live broadcasts on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee Live, Lazada Live, TikTok) and social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). - Present products with energy and professionalism, highlighting features, benefits, and ongoing promotions. - Interact with live viewers, respond to questions, and create a dynamic and interactive broadcast experience. - Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to plan product presentations, promotional highlights, and content strategies. - Generate creative video content for platforms such as TikTok to promote products and upcoming live sessions. - Perform at least 6 hours of live streaming per week, along with posting short videos on social media. - Quickly understand product selling points to effectively promote them during live sessions. - Prepare simple sales and performance reports for the accounts department, including daily sales from live broadcasts and campaigns. - Keep up to date with market trends to improve product knowledge and audience engagement. - Track live stream and campaign performance metrics such as viewership, engagement, and sales. - Represent the company professionally during live broadcasts and social media content creation. Qualifications & Skills: - Confident and not camera-shy, with excellent communication and storytelling skills. - In Person - Good Personality and Charismatic. - Fluent in Malay (Bahasa Melayu); proficiency in English is an added advantage. - Inquisitive mindset with awareness of current market trends and creative sensibilities. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) and social media tools (e.g., TikTok, Instagram). - Strong time management and adaptability to work long hours or on weekends if required. - No specific academic qualifications required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Ability to quickly learn product details and improve efficiency in live streaming.
