- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring mínimal impact to business operations.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration and successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during release cycles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Murex support and financial technology.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in Murex support, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues in Murex platform.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and derivatives.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting languages.
- Experience in working with SQL and databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and balancing conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Murex modules such as Murex Risk, Murex Accounting, Murex MLC, and Murex Reporting is a plus.
