We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team at our Bangsar South office and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others relevant to our industry.
- Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct keyword research and assist in implementing SEO strategies to enhance NW Group's online presence.
- Analyze performance data from digital marketing efforts and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new creative ideas that align with NW Group’s goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide support in other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of SEO/SEM concepts.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to produce engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
