**Requirements**:

- Can speak, write and read in Mandarin - Communicate with Chinese partners and handling Mandarin Documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Adequate knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to cope and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Proven work experience as a training coordinator, trainer, training facilitator or similar role
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Experience with e-learning platforms

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and coordination of webinar and training programs like language courses, webinar and professional development program
- Communicating with Business Development team and partner institutions in planning the webinar and training programs
- Marketing available webinar and training opportunities to institution partners and providing necessary information about the program
- Mapping out webinar and training plans and schedules, designing and developing webinar and training programs
- Drafting of flyers, agenda and certificates for webinar and training programme
- Hosting(emceeing) training and webinar
- Review the content of webinar and training to ensure quality and meet with audience expectations
- Overseeing and monitor the whole webinar and training process
- Other related tasks as assigned by the superior
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
