Concrete Technician

Job Description:
Responsible to perform the quality check at the site and plant, HSE, housekeeping, and reporting to verify the concrete produced by the plant is meeting design specifications.

Bertanggungjawab untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kualiti di tapak dan loji, HSE, pengemasan, dan pelaporan untuk mengesahkan konkrit yang dihasilkan oleh kilang itu memenuhi spesifikasi reka bentuk.

Key Areas:

- Perform the slump check at plant or customer site to verify the product comply to the customer’s requirement following standard.
- Prepare the concrete cube for testing to confirm concrete strength.
- Comply with CIMA HSE requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain testing equipment to shorten any unexpected/unavoidable breakdown.
- Execute the cleaning and maintain the cleanliness of the testing plant area for a safe and conducive working environment.
- Prepare technician site report for cube traceability
- Provide feedback to plant on concrete quality issue
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior

Bidang Tugas:

- Lakukan pemeriksaan kemerosotan di kilang atau tapak pelanggan untuk mengesahkan produk mematuhi keperluan pelanggan mengikut standard.
- Sediakan kiub konkrit untuk ujian untuk mengesahkan kekuatan konkrit.
- Mematuhi keperluan CIMA HSE untuk memastikan persekitaran kerja yang selamat.
- Menyelenggara peralatan ujian untuk memendekkan kerosakan yang tidak dijangka / tidak dapat dielakkan.
- Melaksanakan pembersihan dan menjaga kebersihan kawasan kilang ujian untuk persekitaran kerja yang selamat dan kondusif.
- Menyediakan laporan tapak juruteknik untuk kebolehkesanan kiub
- Memberi maklum balas kepada kilang mengenai isu kualiti konkrit
- Melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab lain seperti yang diberikan oleh pihak atasan

Requirement / Kelayakan:
Minimum PMR

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
