About the Role
Process authorized policy servicing related transactions within the required benchmarks.
1. Process assigned cases as per stipulated requirements and within targeted time
2. Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with supervisor for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded
3. Ensure 100% implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute in team activities
4. Attend & get certified for development plans identified to upgrade authority limit/ up skilled and personal development
5. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
6. Forward thinker in ensuring all required task and activities are recorded in relevant system accurately and promptly.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree from Business Management or relevant background.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Insurance Operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Customer oriented, self-motivated, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday)
