**Qualifications & experience**
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP S/4Hana.
- Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Overall incharge for month end closing process for costing department by running from cost Allocation cycles to release future prices.
- Prepare average price report by product and by vendor to management view.
- Prepare average price report by product and by vendor to management view.
- Prepare SST report for custom declaration purpose for both inventory & sales by products.
- Monitoring FOC transaction overall branches and charge out FOC approved by management from HQ.
- Verify & monitor material consumption & wastages by the production department and escalate if any abnormalities
- Prepared Weekly sales report by products & by branches
- Overall in-charge for stock count audit (bi-week ,quarterly & yearly)
- Knowledge in SAP FICO and BI Module will be added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
