Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure system architecture and framework are in alignment with Allianz group standards.
- Responsible for timely documentation of technical design and specifications of business requirements in compliance with Allianz project standards and existing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
- Responsible for enterprise solutions in fulfilling business requirements for both life& health and property& casualty insurance products.
- Maintain and manage regional team optimisation in assigned projects for timely completion.
- Manage regional development team for new and enhancement projects, and production support.
- Manage regional development team in ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLA) of all responsible systems are met.
- Manage regional development team in supporting the regional stakeholders, business operations process and user end community.
- Ensure compliance of system development functions to SDLC and system security and control’s guidelines and procedures.
- Undertake tasks which may be assigned to you from time to time by management.
- Responsible for budget planning, execution and monitoring.
- Responsible for IT strategy execution and monitoring.

Key Requirements
- Preferably with minimum of 10 years working experience in Core System Development, at least 5 years' experience in a managerial role and regional experience.
- Must possess strong technical knowledge and experience incoding and database design for both Web and Mobile Applicationspreferably in (Java Springboot, Angular, Flutter, Kotlin, Ionic, and/or Native Mobile Development)
- Must be able to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization.
- Possess strong leadership capabilities and able to manage a technical team to deliver solutions within a given timeframe.
- Ability to plan long and short-term goals for the team to support overall business plan.
