**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for timely documentation of technical design and specifications in accordance with the business specifications and Allianz project standards.
- Ensure timely completion of software development within project schedule.
- Compliance of development functions to System Development Guideline and Standards.
- Assimilation of the Group core competencies in dispensing his/her roles and responsibilities.
- Keeping up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment.
- Constant communication with team members/users/vendors.
- Collaborate daily with upstream and downstream developers and engage in full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to lead system development team for guiding and reviewing the codes quality of the developer for senior position.
- Develop and maintain the technical manuals, user guide and system operating procedures documentation.
- Perform user requirements and system feasibility studies.

**Key Requirements/Skills/Experiences**
- At least 7 years of working experience in any related Java Web BAsed Financial Application and leading a development team.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Springboot, Angular, HTML 5 and CSS related technical knowledge.
- Strong knowledge in Java J2EE/JavaScript/HTML/SQL Programming.
- Experience in Insurance / Financial industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in software development fundamentals including testing, troubleshooting and using managed version control.
- Experience in PostgreSQL/DB2/Oracle database as well as SQL programming like PL/SQL.
- Experience in Maven scripting and pipelines for DEVECOPS automation.
- Familiar with and/or have experience in Agile development.
