Key Responsibilities: Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements. Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner. Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables. Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule. Key Attributes: Able to communicate well with both customers and internal team Objective oriented and have sense of ownership for each project Treat this as your own business and contribute ideas and improvements that bring values to the customers Job Requirements: Should possess a Degree in IT or relevant fields At least 2 years’ experience in related field Proficiency in English is a must Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision Experience in QA testing will be an added advantage Must have good written or oral communication skills Overseas travel might be required
