**Costing Clerk (成本核算文员)**
**Responsibilities and Job Descriptions (职责与工作描述)**:
- **Cost Data Entry and Tracking (成本数据录入与跟踪)**:
- Record daily production and material costs.
(记录每日的生产与物料成本。)
- Update and maintain accurate costing records.
(更新并维护准确的成本记录。)
- **Variance Checking (差异检查)**:
- Assist in comparing actual costs with standard or expected costs.
(协助比较实际成本与标准/预期成本。)
- Report any discrepancies to the costing executive or supervisor.
(向成本主管报告任何差异。)
- **Inventory and Documentation Support (库存与文件支持)**:
- Help track material usage and basic stock movement.
(协助跟踪物料使用和基本库存变动。)
- Ensure proper filing and organization of costing documents.
(确保成本文件的整理与归档。)
- **Reporting Assistance (报告协助)**:
- Support in preparing basic cost summaries or reports.
(协助准备基本的成本汇总或报告。)
- Provide data for monthly reviews or audits.

**Key Skills and Qualifications (关键技能和资质要求)**:
- **Numerical Accuracy (数字准确性)**:
- Able to handle basic calculations and data input.

- **Attention to Detail (注重细节)**:
- Careful in checking and entering costing information.

- **Basic Computer Skills (基础电脑技能)**:
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and simple accounting tools.

- **Communication (沟通能力)**:
- Able to coordinate with related departments when needed.

- Knowing Mandarin is an advantage.

**Basic Requirements (基本要求)**:
- **Education (学历)**:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
(至少具备SPM学历。)
- **Experience (经验)**:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role is preferred.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
