Npi Director

**Responsibilities**:

- NPI program management and operations.
- Responsible for the execution of NPI programs/projects, process and product transfer.
- Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Promote communication across the company to identify and drive towards the standardization of common policies and best practices to achieve efficiencies and cost reduction.
- Responsible for managing the effective implementation and distribution of new products for their organizations, as well as handling launch aspects and verifying that quality control complies with all project requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D New Products Developments groups to develop strategies for new products. Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
- Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
- Responsible for managing the engineering and production groups in specific technical area.
- Responsible for SBR/1st articles qualification.
- Responsible for meeting the requirements of EVT, DVT & MVT to ensure a smooth transition of new products into production.
- Possess the interpersonal skills required to manage internal and external customers, both face to face and via distant communication and have sound scientific and quality knowledge to arrive at good decisions for both the customer and company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master/PhD of Science/Engineering/Manufacturing or Equivalent
- At least 15 years working experience in related industry in mass production manufacturing environment (high volume, high mix) with at least 5 years in managerial role.
