(coordinate with related shift supervisor) f) Organize work flow by machine (Preheat material in advance)(follow up with shift A & B supervisor for machine preparation status) (attached set up mold flow) g) Set Up supervisor need to check the every water channel (base on water flow rate pressure 1.5flow), water use, core function, mold safety, setting robotic program and ejector limit switch is functionable before start up. h) Must follow master parameter start up machine (Normally already save machine parameter in machine, except New Model). If out of parameter need to inform process manager. (If any change of parameter, the process manager needs to make a decision.) i) After compare with internal Last Shot Sample, submit the new first piece form and sample for verify the cosmetic immediately. After need acknowledge of the first piece part. Include parameter and water checklist. (QC will base on customer Master Sample to make cosmetic sample within 30mins - 1hours & dimension full measurement and approval sample within 1- 2hours (after cosmetic sample & need discuss with QC dept). After the full measurement report, QC and production will sign the approve for first piece.) j) After both parties acknowledge, the first piece part will pass back to set up supervisor or technical teams for proceed production. k) Setup Supervisor will handover to shift production supervisor & shift supervisor need to confirm part condition. l) Always support production to study or monitoring machine(if run production facing technical issues). m) Ensure Set Up Man have clean mold every day and complete before 11am.(priority to follow mold change schedule)
