**Internship Overview**

**Programme Objectives**
- Provide structured practical experience in customer communication and operations
- Develop interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Train interns on meeting KPIs in a professional work setting
- Expose interns to performance-driven culture with daily & weekly targets
- Build confidence in handling calls, customer objections, and teamwork

**Job Scope (Intern)**:

- Assist Customer Service Assistants (CSA) in outbound and inbound call tasks
- Support the Collection Team in contacting clients regarding payment follow-ups
- Help monitor and update CRM systems and databases
- Participate in team briefings and daily reporting
- Assist with admin tasks related to collection follow-ups and feedback

**Requirements**:

- Students in **Business Admin**, **Marketing**, **Communication**, or related fields
- Able to commit minimum **3 months** internship
- Willing to learn and handle high-pressure, KPI-driven tasks
- Proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia & English** (bonus if know Mandarin or Indonesian)
- Positive attitude, punctual, disciplined, and proactive

**Internship Benefits**:

- **Monthly Allowance: RM500 - RM800** (based on performance & duration)
- **Performance Bonus** (daily & weekly - KPI-based)

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Sunday (6 working days/week)
1 day off (rotational)
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
