**Responsibilities**:
- Train other baristas
- Callibrate machines to optimise our beans taste profile
- Travel to different cafes to introduce our beans
- Menu preparation
- Educate our products
**Requirements**:
- Previous work experience as a Barista
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
- Capable of giving power point presentation
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
- Ability to gauge customers' preferences.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Relevant training is a plus.
- If you have strong techincal knowledge and well connected to the barista community would have an added advantage
