We are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced _**_Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) _**_to lead our marketing efforts. Our focus is on building brand awareness, driving growth, and scaling revenue through strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including _**_PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, collaborations, and online portals _**_. _

**_Position Overview _**:

- We are seeking a visionary and hands-on _**_Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) _**_to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. This individual will _**_lead the marketing team _**_—recruiting, training, and managing talent for his team—and take ownership of our digital presence across channels. The CMO will play a crucial role in _**_increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition _**_, and _**_growing revenue _**_through innovative strategies tailored to our market and products. _

**_Key Responsibilities _**:

- **_Develop and implement _**_the overall marketing strategy to drive growth, sales, and brand awareness. _

- **_Track, analyze, and optimize _**_campaigns to ensure high ROI and continuous growth. _

**_Required Skills and Qualifications _**:

- **_5+ years of experience _**_in digital marketing, preferably with experience in leadership roles. _
- _Proven track record in _**_B2B and B2C markets _**_, ideally within SaaS, ERP, e-commerce or IT service industries. _
- _Expertise in _**_PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media marketing _**_, and _**_lead generation. _**:

- _Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like _**_Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush _**_, and ad platforms. _
- **_Project management _**_skills to manage multiple campaigns across various channels. _
- _Familiarity with _**_SaaS models _**_, ERP solutions, and IT product marketing. _
- _Experience in _**_recruiting, training, and managing _**_high-performing teams. _
- _Excellent communication skills, with the ability to _**_present insights and reports _**_to stakeholders. _
