Responsibilities : 1. To ensure the department’s procedure needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained. 2. To plan, lead & supervise in process product terms towards more efficiency & effective. Semi / Finished products with critical rules & regulation shall submit to Head of department / QA/QC Manager for reconfirmation before proceeding to another process. 3. To manage and follow up on internal products after submission to external test activities. 4. To be responsible trouble-shooting of quality non-conformity or any potential non-conformity on semi / final finished goods stage. 5. Coordinate with superior to liaison with other department or suppliers/sub-contractors for the quality information and quality non-conformists on product submission. 6. To prepare / update, review and approve on product quality related documents and report. 7. To direct any discrepancies or any queries on technical to appropriate personnel before proceeding with another process. 8. To liaise with internal / external to implement improvement measures & to ensure that the measures are effective to prevent recurrence of quality problems. 9. To evaluate the quality performance reviews to ensure consistency & correctness. 10. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
