Position: Sales Clerk

Location: On-site Office in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor

**Salary**: RM1,800 (Basic)

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Invoicing and Delivery Orders: Issue invoices and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock Management: Prepare stock for courier shipment and manage inventory levels to ensure availability.
- Follow-Up Sales: Engage with customers to follow up on potential sales and work towards closing deals.
- Social Media Management: Handle basic social media tasks to promote our salon and engage with our audience.
- Shipment Arrangement: Coordinate and arrange shipments to ensure timely delivery of products.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum SPM level.
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (both reading and writing).
- Personal Traits: Friendly, service-oriented, customer-focused, approachable, highly motivated & proactive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and handle various responsibilities effectively

**Benefits**:
