**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**: Handle daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring overall office organization.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, ensuring all logistics are well-organized and communicated.
- **Document Management**: Maintain and organize office documents, records, and files. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- **Financial Support**: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing budgets.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Enter and maintain data in internal systems, assist with generating reports, and track key metrics for the team or department.
- **Supplier Liaison**: Assist with communication and cooperation with suppliers, ensuring smooth and timely supply chain management.
- **Execution of Company Operational Processes**: Ensure the smooth execution of company operational processes and adherence to work procedures and standards.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
- **Team Support**: Provide general administrative support to various departments and team members as needed, assisting with tasks or projects to ensure smooth operations.
- **Other Administrative Needs**: Provide administrative support for other departments as required, assisting with daily operations and tasks.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software (Auto count).
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
