**Job Scope**:

- Ensure outlet daily operation can be carry out smoothly
- Fully understand all menus and able to explain and promote all products clearly to customer
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare beverages such as fruit tea, milk tea and ice cream.
- Prepare ingredients (tea, pearl, lemon and etc)
- Cashiering
- Ensure our shop clean and tidy always, provide clean & comfortable environment to customer
- Ensure all raw materials sufficient to support daily sale and arrange stock when arrive
- Clean and sanitise equipment, utensils, and glassware regularly.

**Job Requirements**:

- Follow shop SOP (Cleaning SOP, prepare ingredient SOP all should follow)
- Serve customer professionally (Polite and smile)
- Able to cooperate with all staff in the shop
- Able to communicate in English, Malay
- Able to work overtime as needed and work under high efficiency working environment
- Able to work on Flexible hours (Night shift/Early shift), Weekends & Public Holiday
- Self discipline, Hardworking, Following instruction, Teamwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
