MMP Module/Supervisor: Equipment

Project Title:

- MOD ATE unscheduled-down and scheduled down study and monitoring dashboard

Description:

- ATE equipment started aging and performance vary from tool-2-tool. We need to study the patterns, commonality and improve unscheduled down time

Scope:

- Study the aging equipment, faulty parts and introduce preventive maintenance

Supporting team:

- EQ, Process,
- Technician

Deliver:
1) Identify, classify poor performance tool and golden tool

2) Workout preventive maintenance measures for poor performance tool

3) Monitor dashboard, tool performance

Requirement:
Diploma in Electrical and Electronic
