**This position reports to**:
Accounting & Reporting Manager - General

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Join us as Finance/Accounting Intern for our Motion Business Area where you will be supporting processes in the field of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting in close coordination with our Finance & Accounting Operation Hub. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Business being based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for: - Supporting processes in the field of account receivables and account payables in close coordination with our Finance & Accounting Operation Hub. - Assessing customer credit management. - Supporting annual financial audit. - Complying with and helping achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance related to account receivables and account payables, for applicable templates, and participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation. - Supporting other on-going finance projects.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Pursuing a Degree in Accountancy/Finance Business, with relevant internship experience in financial accounting, credit management and AR/AP preferred.
- Familiarity/knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS is an advantage.
- Independent with strong sense of responsibility.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- Must be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
