**We're Hiring: E-commerce Operations Specialist (Shopify & TikTok Shop) | Remote**

**What You'll Do**:
**1. Own the Shopify Store**
- Manage everything from product curation and page optimization to pricing, campaigns, and conversions.
- Constantly track performance and make smart, data-backed decisions.

**2. Run the TikTok Shop**
- Build and operate our TikTok store with a content-first mindset.
- Plan and create short-form video content that sells and sticks.
- Be hands-on in shooting and editing content that clicks with Gen Z & Millennial shoppers.

**3. Drive Growth Through Data**
- Analyze what’s working and what’s not.
- Optimize every click, view, and checkout with insight-driven improvements.
- Regularly report wins and lessons learned to fuel bigger breakthroughs.

**4. Delight Customers**
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and turn first-time buyers into loyal fans.
- Gather feedback and help us build better products and experiences.

**5. Keep Sales & Orders on Point**
- Track daily sales, organize order info, and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with the team to keep operations running like clockwork.

**✨ What We’re Looking For**
- 6+ months of experience in e-commerce operations
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify & TikTok Shop (bonus points for both)
- Strong English & Chinese communication skills
- A self-starter mindset — you’re detail-obsessed, data-savvy, and proactive
- Able to manage time well in a remote setup and collaborate across time zones
- Bonus if you have a background in content creation, marketing, or DTC brands

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
