**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;**
- Record and manage support requests and incidents using an IT service management system.
- Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage the inventory of IT hardware and software, including procurement, deployment, and disposal.
- Ensure software licenses are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Min Diploma in Information Technology or relevant.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
- Experienced in computer, networking, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Able to work ON - CALL or STANDBY basis.
