We are currently seeking an **Interior Designer** with the following qualifications and skills:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a closely related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven working experience in interior design
- Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent
- Able to produce 3D visualizations and walkthrough videos (Enscape, V-Ray, etc.)
- Competent in developing design concepts, mood boards, and detailed layout plans
- Strong knowledge of materials, colour coordination, and space utilization
- Capable of reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings
- Highly creative, attentive to detail, and able to work within tight timelines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
- Independent, proactive, yet able to collaborate effectively within a team
- Willing to travel to project sites when required
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with budgeting and project costing will be an added advantage
