**An Outlet Manager is responsible for**:

- Preparing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service
- Managing and training personnel, setting objectives, and ensuring that the outlet meets sales targets
- Monitoring and improving customer service areas and satisfaction
- Developing and enforcing established policies and procedures
- Developing marketing strategies and improving sales and profitability
- Maintaining the outlet facility safe and clean
- Interviewing and hiring associates involved in outlet operations
- Analyzing and solving problems as and when needed
- Organizing periodical meetings to discuss on updates and issues
- Providing feedback and support to product development team and cross functional teams
