**What You'll Do**:
As a **Full Stack Developer** at Rails, you’ll work closely with the founding team to build and scale our CRM platform. Your key responsibilities include:

- **Frontend Development**: Crafting user interfaces with **Next.js** and **React**.
- **Backend Development**: Building internal APIs using **tRPC** and managing public APIs with **Bun** and **Elixir**.
- **Infrastructure Management**: Managing deployments with **Kubernetes** and **Docker**.
- **Database Operations**: Leveraging **Prisma** and **PostgreSQL** for efficient database management.
- **Payment Integration**: Implementing payment processing with **Stripe**.
- **Testing**: Writing automated tests using **Playwright** to maintain high-quality standards.
- **Collaboration Tools**: Working with **Git**, **GitHub**, and GitHub’s **CI/CD pipelines**.

**What We're Looking For**:
We’re searching for a motivated and curious individual who:

- Has **decent English proficiency** to communicate effectively with an international team.
- Is familiar with or eager to learn our tech stack**:React**, **TypeScript**, **Node.js**, **tRPC**, **Prisma**, **Kubernetes**, **Docker**, and **PostgreSQL**.
- Understands **OAuth2** and has experience working with APIs.
- Is eager to learn **CRM domain concepts**.
- Has experience with or is open to exploring automated testing tools like **Playwright**.
- Is self-driven and has a portfolio of projects (personal or professional).
- Can provide a **GitHub profile** or other publicly accessible portfolio showcasing their work. _This is a requirement._
