The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Develop detailed strategies and studies of talent-related strategies for - including but not limited to the following activities:

- Market sizing of the industry, incl. understanding the competitive landscape
- Identifying the addressable opportunity for the business
- Identifying key levers to drive business performance
- Developing both financial and operational performance targets across all talent programs
- Drive growth through analysing, developing and executing Initiative campaigns
- Build conceptual frameworks in slides to help strategic frame solution
- Effectively present findings to stakeholders, including senior management
- Collaborate within and across multiple cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Operation teams as well as Regional team counterparts) to ensure smooth alignment and business objectives are aligned across the organisation
- Carry out regular performance reporting to facilitate senior leadership decision-making and progress updates
- Take charge of gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis and identifying solutions based on the findings
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 5 years in management consultant, strategic, or project management role
- Strong business acumen
- Strong ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to successfully execute and improve growth strategies and initiatives
- Strong independent thinker, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Recognize that developing new concepts involves uncertainty; be able to create push forward with incomplete information via adopting a hypothesis-led approach
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Possesses great attention to detail: e.g., not afraid to deep-dive into operational understanding to better comprehend the feasibility of a proposed initiative
- Quality output with urgency: ensure project timelines, milestones and deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with solid experience in analysing large and complex data sets with strong inference skills
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills (English)
