**About the Role**

We’re looking for multiple **Golang Developers** to join our team on-site. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in backend development who’s eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

You’ll be contributing to real-world projects, building and maintaining scalable backend systems, and working closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers. We value strong communicators, team players, and people who take initiative without waiting to be told what to do.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)
- Develop clean and maintainable APIs
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews
- Collaborate with team members across functions to ship high-quality features
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems
- Continuously learn and improve your skills while contributing to team goals

**What We’re Looking For**

**Must-Have Skills**:

- 1-4 years of hands-on experience with Golang
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Basic knowledge of Docker and version control (Git)

**Soft Skills**:

- Clear and professional communication
- Willingness to ask questions and contribute ideas
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Self-motivated and responsible - you take initiative and follow through
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

**Nice to Have**
- Exposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, or cloud services (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced development team
