- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns, promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs, offering product recommendations and providing information on features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking inventory, arranging displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, participating in training sessions to enhance selling skills and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must have excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially in selling laptops, is preferred but not required.
- A basic understanding of laptop features and specifications is necessary to explain product details to customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn about new laptop models and technologies to stay updated on the latest industry trends.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
