Work hands on and perform specified cleaning duties in designated areas of the kitchens and outlets areas to maintain hygienic in order to achieve efficient service delivery. Checks cleanliness of sections prior to and after service. Ensures that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage. Responsible to ensure that grease traps are clean. Responsible to wash dishes. Responsible to monitor and stock up cleaning chemical agent. Responsible to clean Cold Kitchen and Hot Kitchen drainage. Responsible to sweep and mop serving floor opening / closing operation. Adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standard. Full awareness different types of cleaning chemical to be use for cleaning. Upkeeping efficient and hygienic workplace. Responsible to throw all section garbage during closing operation. To assist all staff during general cleaning. At least 2 years working experience in related field. Hardworking, honest and team work.
