IT Consultant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess client IT needs and current infrastructure.
- Analyze system requirements and address any relevant problems.
- Develop and present IT strategies, solutions, and roadmaps to clients.
- Implement and configure IT systems based on the client’s business goals.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and other IT professionals.
- Conduct risk analysis and ensure data security compliance.
- Keep up to date with new technology trends and innovations.
- Prepare and deliver reports, documentation, and user manuals.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Consultant, System Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and cloud computing.
- Familiar with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), or AWS are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
