**Responsibility/Activity**
- **Onboarding Management**: Lead and manage the onboarding team, ensuring efficient and timely completion of the client onboarding process, including account setup, verification, and initial guidance on the platform.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and ongoing support to new clients on the platform’s features, tools, and trading protocols to improve user proficiency and satisfaction.
- **Team Development and Performance**: Train, mentor, and monitor the onboarding team’s performance, providing feedback, setting goals, and ensuring team members meet company standards.

**Skills Profile**

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Minimum **2 years’ experience running onboarding** / similar teams
- Minimum **4 years’ experience in Forex CFD**:

- Demonstrate strong people leadership and development skills
- Demonstrate a strong KPI KRI driven production skills
- Ability to support **24/7 rotational shift**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
