As a Finance Manager in the food and beverage industry, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Your role will involve managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability. You will work closely with the management team to make informed financial decisions and drive effective financial strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance within the food and beverage industry.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning processes to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
- Conduct financial analysis and evaluation of business performance, identifying key financial indicators and trends to support decision-making and improve profitability.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to develop and evaluate business plans, investment proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal control standards.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Monitor industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes to assess their impact on the organization's financial position and make proactive recommendations.
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or a relevant Professional Qualification in Accountancy such as ACA/ACCA/MICPA.
- A minimum 5 years of working experience in the food and beverage industry or related sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modelling, and using financial management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership abilities to manage a team and drive results.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
