**Job Purpose**:
To provide professional driving services and efficient personal assistant (PA) support to the assigned executive, ensuring safe transportation, effective schedule management, and daily task coordination with discretion and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Driving Duties**
- Provide timely and safe transportation for the employer to appointments, meetings, and events as scheduled.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and arrange for scheduled maintenance and servicing.
- Familiarize with routes and traffic patterns to ensure prompt arrivals.

**2. Personal Assistant Duties**
- Manage and coordinate the employer’s personal schedule, appointments, and errands.
- Assist in day-to-day tasks including document handling, travel bookings, reservations, and purchases.
- Handle confidential information and correspondence with utmost discretion.
- Assist with light administrative tasks when needed (e.g., bill payments, courier arrangements).

**3. Support & Coordination**
- Liaise with internal staff and external parties as required on behalf of the employer.
- Assist during events, business functions, or family outings as required.
- Provide reminders for key dates, deadlines, or engagements.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as a personal driver or PA-driver role.
- Familiarity with roads and landmarks in Johor and surrounding areas.
- Clean driving record and valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).

- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, loyalty, and integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle last-minute changes and multitask efficiently.
- Physically fit and alert during extended driving periods.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays if needed.
- Must be comfortable with flexible tasks beyond driving, including minor personal errands.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
