We’re looking for a friendly and energetic **Bakery Assistant** to join our team This is a fun role where you’ll be part of both the **retail and production side** of the bakery — greeting customers with a smile, keeping the shop neat, and assisting our bakers when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide **excellent customer service** at the counter and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle **cashier duties** (POS system, cash & card payments).
- Assist with **daily cleaning and shop upkeep** to maintain hygiene standards.
- Help bakers with **light production tasks** (packing, preparing ingredients, organizing trays).
- Monitor and **track bakery inventory** (stock counts, restocking supplies, alerting when items are low).
- Carry out **closing duties** — cleaning, organizing, and preparing the shop for the next day.
- Support the team in any other tasks to ensure smooth bakery operations.
