**Responsibilities**:

- 1) Check all the in process and out going finish product to monitoring and ensure of daily operation of the quality assurance and meet the requirement of Customer.
- 2) Sampling check for raw ingredient and finish product. To check before used and ensure all in good condition.
- 3) Inspect on all returned goods and verified the problems, arrange for recycle or dispose.
- 4 ) Reject all non-conforming in process products and finished goods. To identify the root causes. Do feedback/complain to Purchasers if there is any suppliers' problems.
- 5) Do monthly record for Operators, follow the rejection and total packing quantity. Monitor quality.
- 6) ISO documentation (FOOD SAFETY) HACCP, GMP. Update all the documents, verification and
- filing for: sensory records, mixing production report, cleaning check list, microbiology analysis,
- GMP check list and all relevant record to ISO
- 7) Meeting all issue relevant to quality and production 5S to ensure all staff aware and understand their role.**Benefits**:
