Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to company websites
- Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create engaging content such as posts, videos, and graphics that resonate with target audiences
- Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and creative to ensure consistency in brand messaging
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives
- Generate reports and presentations on social media performance and present findings to stakeholders

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
