**Responsibilities**:
**Human Resource Support**
- Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, arranging interviews, and document collection.
- Help manage staff attendance, leave records (via HR system / Just Log In ), and monitor absenteeism.
- Support payroll preparation by submitting staff OT, leave, and timesheet data on time.
- Maintain and update employee files, HRIS, and personnel documents.
- Help in the issuance of HR letters: confirmation, warning, resignation, etc.
- Assist in handling staff insurance matters and claims.
- Coordinate internal training, maintain training records, and collect staff feedback.
- Support employee engagement activities such as staff welfare, birthdays, and events.
- Assist in preparation of HR reports and staff documentation for audits or ISO filing.
- Provide HR advisory support to employees and internal departments.
- Generate HR reports and analytics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Draft HR letters and documentation (e.g., offer letters, promotion letters, disciplinary notices).
- Support drafting HR communications and policies.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Perform general administrative and secretarial support for the HR department.
- Carry out any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Director or senior management.

**Administration Duties**
- Organize and manage the safekeeping of records, ensuring effective document filing and retrieval.
- Monitor and replenish general office supplies before they run out.
- Assist in organizing company events (e.g., team building, dinner, family day, iftar, etc.).
- Support logistics-related tasks: coordinate deliveries, liaise with suppliers, clients, and drivers.
- Ensure proper tracking and communication for office inventory, shipping, and distribution.
- Ensure office premises, assets, and communication tools are used efficiently.
- Undertake ad-hoc HR or admin tasks as assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
