**Position Title**:Human Resource & Administrative Executive (Payroll)**

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful HR & Administrative Executive to manage our full payroll cycle and support a range of HR administrative functions. **What You'll Do**
**Payroll Management**
- Oversee and coordinate monthly payroll for all employees across multiple entities.
- Handle the entire payroll cycle, from onboarding to employee exit.
- Prepare and verify payroll reports for monthly submissions and ad-hoc requests.
- Consolidate payroll reports for management review and ensure timely submissions.
- Keep track of employee contract timelines and probation periods.
**Database & Reporting**
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the payroll software database.
- Update the company organization chart regularly across all branches.
**Administrative Support**
- Assist in general HR and administrative tasks as required.
- Support new payroll policy implementations and procedural improvements.
**What We're Looking For**
- **Education**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field with 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience.
- Diploma holders with 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience are also encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:
- Strong calculation skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with HR2000 software (TMS, Quickpay) and E-leave is preferred.
- Basic Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus (for liaising with branches).
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
