Barista Miker Signature

A barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea and other beverages to customers in our restaurant. They ensure high-quality drink preparation, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and smoothies.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency and quality in drink preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, tables, and equipment.
- Restock supplies such as milk, coffee beans, syrups, and pastries.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and passion for coffee/beverages.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and measurements.
- Prior barista or café experience is an advantage (but not always required).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Work Environment**
- Typically in a restaurant.
- Requires standing for long hours and multitasking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
