**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the organization's SAP HANA database environment, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
- Monitor and optimize database performance using various tuning techniques and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, data integrity issues, and system failures.
- Implement and manage database backup and recovery strategies, ensuring the availability and integrity of data.
- Implement and maintain database security best practices, including user access management, data encryption, and regular security audits.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the SAP HANA database environment, including architecture diagrams, data models, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with capacity planning and scalability assessments to support the organization's growth and performance requirements.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior database administrators and other team members.
- Stay current with the latest SAP HANA features, updates, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to troubleshoot complex database issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the willingness to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the willingness to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- SAP HANA DBA, with a strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, administration, builds, upgrades and performance tuning.
- SAP HANA database backup and recovery strategies.
- SAP HANA security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
- SAP Basis administration and integration with other SAP components.
- Linux/UNIX operating systems and shell scripting.

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
