**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
**1. General Accounting & Bookkeeping**
Maintain accurate full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, etc.).
Handle daily accounting transactions (invoices, receipts, payments).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
**2. Financial Reporting & Analysis**
Generate management reports (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).
Assist in audit preparations (liaise with auditors for annual audits).
Ensure compliance with MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards).
**3. Tax & Compliance**
Prepare and submit GST/SST returns (if applicable).
Handle corporate tax (CIT) and withholding tax (WHT) filings.
Ensure compliance with IRBM (LHDN) and SSO (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) regulations.
**4. Payroll & HR-Related Accounting**
Process monthly payroll (including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS deductions).
Handle staff claims, reimbursements, and benefits.
**5. Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)**
Manage supplier invoices and payments.
Monitor customer invoices and collections.
Follow up on outstanding payments (debtors/creditors).
**6. System & Process Improvement**
Use accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, UBS, QuickBooks, Xero).
Assist in digitalization/automation of accounting processes.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting or any other related discipline
- Good understanding of accounting knowledge on the Full Set
- of account and double entry
- Good communication skills - verbal and written (Bankers and interdepartmental)
- At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant field

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
