Job Details

Job Summary

Responsible to managing shift production staff and workflow to consistently meet or exceed shift production schedules, delivering the highest quality product, whilst ensuring the safety of all personnel on shift

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all shift personnel, machines, tools material and equipment are fully utilized in order to meet the production schedule, within the required quality levels and with the minimum of scrap and downtime.
- Ensure production floor compliance to cGMP and other company's policies and procedures.
- Ensure as a minimum, health and safety standards are met.
- Contribute to customer complaints review process and implement appropriate corrective action.
- Ensure production loads are released on time.
- Ensure that timely induction and ongoing training is provided for all staff
- Develop and motivate individual through regular feedback, the delivery of appropriately stretching performance appraisals and career development plans.
- Identify and initiate process improvement and proactively prevent process problem.

Job requirement
- Min Diploma /Degree in Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent
- At least 5 years with supervisory experience in a progressive medium to high volume in medical device manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate time management and priority setting skills
