- Job Descriptions:

- 1. Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary.
- 2. Answer phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise.
- 3. Take sales information and puts it into an easily readable format.
- 4. Follows up with customer to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product.
- 5. Make sure that sales person is on track with sales goals.
- 6. Meets with other department to make sure that sales person is doing their job correctly.
- 7. Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
- 8. Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problem as necessary.
- 9. Arrange appointments with clients and sales team.- 11. Update all contact information for clients.
- 12. Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
- 13. Arrange travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office.
- 14. Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
- 15. Help sales team to do product sourcing and prepare three quote system.
- 16. Any other task assigned by the superior.
- Job Requirements:

- Basic Computer Literacy

- Consumer Complaints
- Crisis Management
