**Role Purpose**:

- The Manager for Partnership will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, organizations, and industry players within the aviation and education sectors. This role requires a combination of business development, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive collaboration and growth opportunities for the Academy

**Key Accountability**:
**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth for the Academy by identifying new opportunities, markets, or areas for expansion in collaboration with partners Partnership Development:

- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with airlines, aviation companies, regulatory bodies, higher learning institutions and other relevant organizations.
- Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned with the academy's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for growth and expansion in the aviation training industry.
- Stay abreast of industry demands and emerging trends to identify innovative partnership opportunities.

**Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and fostering a positive collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with partners to organize events, workshops, or joint initiatives to enhance the relationship and promote shared goals.

**Contract Negotiation**:

- Lead negotiations and discussions with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure that partnership agreements are aligned with the academy's policies and legal standards. Sales & Corporate Development
- Generate revenue by promoting new and existing products or services to partners
- Assess and provide recommendations on potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships that align with the academy’s growth objectives.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Collaborate with the sales business development team to explore and capitalize on new business opportunities through partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and other training department teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships into the academy's programs and services.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve existing processes based on partner feedback.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on partnership performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed on industry developments.
- Utilize data analytics to assess the impact of partnerships on overall business

**Qualification & Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, finance or in a related field
- At least 8-10 years' proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the aviation industry.

Areas of Experience
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, industry standards, and training requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with the academy's long term goal
