**Responsibilities**:
The Store Specialist role will work as part of Goods Manufacturing Practices (“GMP”) personnel and be a part of the team to manage the store for GMP manufacturing. The Store Specialist will receive necessary training, inclusive of GMP training to perform the work.**Responsibilities**:
- To monitor order on time delivery and avoid any interruptions with production operation and other department
- Ensure that inventory is well stocked
- Ensure that drawing of goods and goods qualification is done in a timely manner
- Receive and verify the inventory with the purchase order
- Perform monthly stock count
- Keep good documentation record of goods received and inventory as per GMP requirements
- Stock keeping and inventory control of the company in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for setting up QMS and maintaining all documentations related to GMP QMS
- Provide training for all team members when necessary
- Perform quality investigations of manufacturing deviations, GMP and Quality System issues, non-conforming materials, and CAPA when necessary
- Propose changes to systems, procedures and methods when necessary
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior from time to time
