Elevated Athlete

**DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR ELEVATED ATHLETE**

**ENSURE EFFECTIVENESS OF CATEGORY / TRAINING MATERIALS FOR THE STORE**
- Consistently leverage training tools and materials
- Execute to standards for processes and programs
- Connect and align with Instore Store Trainer to ensure and support effective training instore
- Provide coaching as Elevated Athlete for Store Athletes
- Observe and provide insights to Instore Trainer on improvement opportunities

**ASSIST WITH ROLL OUT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL TRAINING**
- Partner with Instore Trainer to ensure effective launch of new/pilot programs execution
- Assist Instore Trainer on building training culture/ development in store
- Partner with Instore Trainer to conduct onboarding, Athlete 15 & other training related materials
- Observe, monitor & provide insight to Instore Trainer on the effectiveness of training
- Provide feedback/insights to influence improvements

**SCOPE AND STRUCTURE**
- Will continue to report to direct supervisor with a dotted line to Service/Product Coach & Instore Trainer
- Assisting in store trainer for country specific onboarding, training and maintaining meeting cadence
- Elevated Athlete Roles
- Dual role to existing responsibilities

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIP**
- Role has dual reporting relationship to Product/Service Coach and Instore Trainer
- Elevated Athlete will officially report to the store leader in the Workday
- The store leader will take the lead on the Performance Excellence development in partnership with Product/Service Coach with feedback/insights from Instore Trainer

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Full Time Athlete
- DNA Certified in a category
- Potential ability to coach and educate others
- Willingness to work flexible hour and travel locally
- Ability to participate in weekly meetings or conference calls
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prepare to undertake role while maintaining existing responsibilities
